Having worked in the field of social development for many years exploring complexities that exist within communities, and the challenging nature of social justice, the interconnection of two questions led me into the world of alternative practices. These questions being: How do people heal? and how do people create positive change?
These two questions, along with my fascination with the human potential, the body’s intrinsic ability to heal itself, as well as my intrigue in the world of metaphysics led me to working with people as leaders within their own lives, using methods that tap into the layers of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states.
This also led me down a 10 year career in corporate leadership, resourcing me with knowledge of varying degrees of the healing people seek to step into their potential.
Alongside this, I have developed my private therapy and healing practice, which is informed by traditional wisdom philosophies and grounded in contemporary psycho-spiritual processes, making my work unique to my calling.
Runa means 'to bridge worlds' - my approach to personal development is to bridge ancient cross-cultural systems with the modern world by powerfully weaving the science of psychology, and the wisdom of ancient healing, with the game changing world of coaching.
My training ranges extensively across western clinical methods to a number of ancient healing systems, and my shamanic work rooted in the Peruvian Q'ero Lineage.
Parallel to my private practice, I am a professional Leadership and Neurodiversity Coach and Coach Supervisor.
