Trained in the Q’ero lineage of shamanic wisdom teachings and initiated as a Pachakuti Mesa Carrier, I use a spiritual cosmology within a contemporary framework in which I make connection between ancient nature based spiritual practices and modern practices.
Sound Ceremony
Bridging timeless tools into the contemporary world, sound journey’s use the connection between sound as vibration and its vibrational resonance which interacts with the human body - sound travels through water five times more efficiently than air and the human body is composed of up to 70% water.
During a sound journey, the gentle harmonic frequencies induce deep brain wave states similar to meditation. In this state, the harmonics not only calm the brain, slowing down the heart and nervous system but also stimulate on a cellular level. Together they help to recalibrate the physical and emotional system and amplify healing intentions, create spaciousness and raise inner awareness, with the added benefit of leaving you feeling harmonised and deeply nourished.
Offering individual and group sound ceremonies, I curate a beautiful immersive experience and a restorative space to relax and let go, creating a harmonious bridge between the essence of ‘being’ and the dynamics of ‘doing.’
