Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a mind-body medicine that uses a deep state of relaxation and focussed attention, enabling to access your minds own healing ability.

It is a therapeutic approach that utilises hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and promote positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

During a hypnotherapy session, you are guided into a relaxed state of heightened focus and suggestibility, known as a trance. In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more open to change and can be directed towards addressing specific concerns or goals. Contrary to common misconceptions, individuals under hypnosis are not in a state of deep sleep, they maintain full control over their actions and cannot be forced to do anything against their will.

Coaching is weaved through all of my work to get you moving powerfully forward. Whilst coaching is not therapy, I use a psycho-dynamic and existential approach to coaching.

Coaching is about getting you to reach your potential, bringing flow into your life and becoming the best version of yourself; fully embodied, thriving and alive! In the process, you learn to understand yourself better, get into the drivers seat to navigate your own life, and move toward achieving your dreams, goals and desires - whether as a leader of your own life, in your business or in other areas of life.
